The gentle Gourmet is Paris' first vegan bed&breakfast.We also offer vegan
dinners for guests and other visitors to Paris. Our organic and vegan dining
experience is quite unique and offers not only beautiful foods but also the
opportunity to meet other like-minded people around the table during a lovely
conversation-filled meal.We propose for each day of the year a set gourmet
menu,all beverages included, with a set price at the location of our B&B. The
dinners are open to everyone by reservation only on a first come-first basis. We
can welcome up to 8 guests in total each evening.Our cuisine is extremely varied
and as close to 100% organic as possible and seasonal. The menu changes every
day and finds its inspiration not only in all the regional French cuisines but
in those of every major cuisine of the world. All meals begin before dinner
drinks served with a variety of tidbits.During this time guests can get to know
each other and whoever wishes can get some tips on vegan cooking and vegan
Paris.
