Texas Organic Mushrooms is a certified organic family-owned shiitake mushroom
farm. Over the past 17 years our business has grown by word of mouth
recommendations among the chefs at the finest hotels and restaurants in North
Texas. We developed our trimmed, ready-to-use shiitake caps for the food
industry. We also pack our shiitakes in 5 lb bulk boxes. We never re-pack or buy
shiitakes from other growers.
