It's time we asked....what's in my food? We specialize in organic, natual or wild food
choices with a large vegetarian and vegan selections. Open primarily for lunch during the
winter with expanded hours during the coastal season. We have outdoor dining and are very
pet friendly. From wraps to crab melts we pride ourselves in serving local fresh
produce,organic and natural fish and meats that taste great and are wonderful choices in
dining out.
Within our Courtyard is Yours Naturally and Deborah L. Anderson a Holistic
healer. Yours Naturally offers organic lotions and cosmetics, womens apparel, jewelry,
baby lotions,specialties and organic or fair trade products only. Deborah has a
alternative healing and counceling practice within the courtyard.
