Sweet Beet Nutrition provides both holistic nutrition counseling and personal
chef services.
As a certified nutritionist I pay special attention to the
individual health needs and goals of my chef clients. Some of them have medical
concerns for which they need extra dietary surveillance. Others want help losing
weight or are simply busy people want to enjoy healthy, homemade meals.
In
the best interest of my clients, my community and the environment as a whole, I
choose organic, sustainable and local ingredients whenever possible.
