Surya Lanka Ayurveda Beach Resort

Surya Lanka Ayurveda Resort is a pioneering Ayurveda resort in Sri Lanka,being the first Ayurveda hotel in Sri Lanka to cater exclusively for Panchakarma Kur guests. Surya Lanka specialises in Panchakarma (a subset of Ayurveda), yoga and meditation. The resort conducts many Yoga retreats throughout the year, with established yoga instructors bringing their pupils to conduct their Yoga retreats in Sri Lanka at Surya Lanka. However Surya Lanka is primarily an Ayurveda retreat, with its main aim of offering its guests a complete detoxification of the body (panchakarma) through a mix of treatments, massages, yoga and meditation. It is located in Talalla, 1km stretch beach at its doorstep, guests are able to perform their Ayurveda kur in Sri Lanka away from distractions.
