Spring Valley Farm is nestled in the hills of northwestern Illinois. We are a
family farm and raise all our products without hormones. Antibiotics are only
used when natural remedies fail. We only feed quality feeds to our animals,
grown on our farm without pesticides or herbicides. Our Jersey herd provides us
with rich, creamy milk and calves for beef. We also raise chickens and eggs,
pork and honey. Our sheep and alpacas give us ultra soft fiber and wool for
artisans or you can purchase finished products such as yarns or scarves.
