Our heritage hogs are raised on pasture in a natural environment. Our farm
is certified by the Animal Welfare Approved program which ensures they are
raised humanely. Our all natural pork production is antibiotic free, hormone
free, with no additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients. Because we
grow our heritage hogs slow and natural, the flavor and quality of the meat is
some of the best around.
Our pork is available at various farmers
markets, specialty boutiques, and restaurants in the San Antonio and South Texas
area.
