Raised on the ranch in Northern New Mexico, on grass grown with no
chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides.
No added hormones or
antibiotics.
Dry-Aged 14-21 days for increased tenderness and great flavor.
No artificial ingredients, minimally and humanely processed at Sunnyside Meats,
in Durango, Co.
Our cattle are tracked individually from birth and source
verified, with the highest standards of livestock management applied.
Soaring
Eagle Ranch is a small family ranch dedicated to sustainability and slow food!
We never feed additives or grain, only grass, hay and minerals.
