SkyLines Farm in beautiful northern Idaho has been raising grassfed sheep by
organic methods since 1992 and now we're raising premium grassfed beef too!
Using time-tested organic & sustainable methods that respect the animals as well
as the land, SkyLines Farm sheep and calves thrive without antibiotics,
hormones, vaccinations, pesticides, chemical wormers, or grains. Our rotational
grazing program ensures the animals dine on "salad bar fresh" green grass all
summer. Research shows animals harvested from actively growing grass produce the
highest quality, most nutritious meats. That's why our meats are available only
in September & October, just as our green summer pastures begin to fade. Careful
grazing management, nature's miracle herb garlic, & trace mineral supplements
like kelp all contribute to producing SkyLines Farm's delicious & healthful
