SkyLines Farm in beautiful northern Idaho has been raising grassfed sheep since
1992 and now we have premium grassfed beef too! Using time-tested organic &
sustainable methods that respect the animals as well as the land, SkyLines Farm
lambs and calves thrive without antibiotics, hormones, vaccinations, pesticides,
chemical wormers, or grains. Our rotational grazing program ensures the animals
dine on "salad bar fresh" green grass all summer. Research shows animals
harvested from actively growing grass often produce the highest quality, most
nutritious meats. That's why our lambs and beef are available only in September
& October, just before our summer pastures begin to fade. Careful grazing
