SheerLark Farm is a diversified, sustainable, family farm located on beautiful
Sand Mountain in north eastern Alabama. Our artisanal market garden is Certified
Naturally Grown to provide your family with fresh, hand harvested, and chemical
free produce.
We care for our animals with the utmost respect from birth
through the complete cycle of life.
Traditional ways are nourished here
through the use of herbal healing, including the wildcrafting of medicinal
herbs, preparation and use of traditional natural remedies for family and
livestock, and careful attention to the natural cycles of the farm and earth
surrounding us.
Sherry is a Traditional Herbalist and formerly practiced as a
homebirth Midwife and family health educator. The skills she developed through
service to these crafts are integral to her current work as a Farmer, Activist,
and food educator.
