Our goal is to seek an answer to your problem. MultiCare
Rehab was founded by clinicians who had a vision for a unique healing environment,
bringing holistic health together with traditional treatment methods. Each team member has

treated thousands of patients with a wide variety of health conditions. Equally as
important are our efforts to coordinate your care with your primary healthcare provider.

We offer complimentary consultation and we will do our best to meet or exceed your health
