San Diego Roots Sustainable Food Project is a network of citizens, farmers,
chefs, gardeners, teachers and students working to encourage the growth and
consumption of regional food in the San Diego area. From farm to table, we focus
awareness and work toward a more ecologically sound, economically viable and
socially just food system.
Whether you are a parent who wants to feed your
kids healthy, pesticide-free food or a student who wants to protect the
environment for future generations or a chef looking for the best-tasting
produce in the county, we welcome you to join us. Please help us build a
