We have an 17 hectre Organic Farm. We are mainly growing Amla fruits and some
seasonal crops. Biodynamic preparations are also used on the farm. The fruit is
very rich in vitamin C (about 700 mg/100gm in fresh fruit). The fruit has been
used in traditional Indian (Ayur Veda) medicines from time immemorial. It is
used used in all form – fresh, dried, powder, pickle etc. It also has
antioxidant properties.
