ALL of our products are better for the environment in some or multiple ways:
Recycled, Recyclable, Biodegradable, Compostable, Reusable, Organic,
Sustainable, Low-energy, All-Natural, Less-wasteful, Local – or a combination.
Examples:
Organic cotton and Hemp shirts, Babywear made from bamboo fiber,
Recycled/Recyclable office/school supplies, Bags made from repurposed fabrics,
Toys made from recycled material, Plantable Greeting Cards, and more!
The
store was set up with almost all re-used and refurbished fixtures. The other
displays we have are made from bamboo, and recycled cardboard.
Goods for the
store are purchased with a card that gives a % for carbon offsets.
We make a
concerted effort to carry products which are reasonably priced; because our
philosophy is that in order to make a significant impact on the green economy,
we must involve everyday consumers.
