A United States 501 c 3 established to promote animal welfare in the country of Romania.
Along with ROLDA, Galati, Romania, we have created a shelter and sanctuary for the stray
street dogs of Galati and surrounding areas. We are a pro-life shelter, and offer life
care for handicapped and unadoptable animals. We offer free spay/neuter for all, and
de-parasite, vaccinate, and feed as many animals as our budget will allow.
