We produce raw, naturally fermented pickles from Northeast-grown vegetables. Our
100% organic products include dill pickles, sauerkraut, garlic kraut, red
cabbage, kimchi, beets, ginger carrots, and tomatillo hot sauce. All of our
products are vinegar-free, and are rich sources of active cultures and enzymes.
As part of our commitment to promoting regional food systems, we purchase all of
our vegetables from Northeast family farms and sell our products only in the
