want the harvest to taste great! We grass-finish our animals on our farm's lush,
diverse, and tender pasture grasses. You will find that care and commitment
reflected in the taste and tenderness of our products.

Fleeces. Don't forget the fiber! Our Romney and Romney-cross sheep not only
produce tender lamb, but they also grow incredible fleeces. Two out of three
farmers here at Ramstead are also handspinners who take care to raise
beautifully clean fleeces that are a dream to handle.
