We are a team of health care practitioners committed to helping you find the
peace within that facilitates your optimal health goals and desires. Our goal is
to help bring you back into balance to allow your health to thrive as it was
originally designed.
Deidre is a licensed practitioner of wholistic health,
utilizing Chinese medicinal herbs and acupuncture for over 12 years, as well as
spiritual healing through Inner Focus, energy work and Qi Gong. Deidre is also a
registered nurse. She is well rounded in both Western and Eastern philosophies
and is well known for her compassionate approach and effectiveness.
Randy is
a Holistic Massage Therapist and Health Educator for over 18 years. He is not
only concerned about your session but also about what happens to you between
sessions.
We work with you to become aware of habits that might not serve you
and help change them into healthier patterns that move you closer to your
happiness physically, mentally and emotionally.
