We specialize in making traditional artisan leavened bread, using 100% organic
ingredients. We use proven customary methods to preserve nutritional value,
support good health and to encourage sustainable agriculture. In addition to our
breads, we invite you to try our excellent pastries and desserts. Our products
are baked fresh daily 6 days a week, sometimes several times a day. We acquire
our ingredients from producers in Colorado to avoid excess transportation and
emissions of greenhouse gases. Respecting seasonal production is also one of the
ways we diminish our carbon footprint; out-of-season fruits have to travel
farther distances to reach our bakery.
