POPPA Inc., Pet Over-Population Prevention Advocates , is a 501(c)3 non-profit
corporation working to reduce the number of homeless companion animals in Oregon
by offering a statewide spay/neuter referral and assistance service. The money
for our programs is raised via private donations and grants--we receive NO
government funding and are run entirely by volunteers.
