We offer a modern, fresh approach to birthday parties, special occasions, play
dates, and yoga for kids.
We give kids all the perks of an adult spa, but
in a unique and magical environment designed specifically for them.
Seeds
to Sprouts is a yoga class for pre-school age that guides children on a journey
of self-discovery. Children can enjoy fanciful yoga themes inspired by seasons
and imaginary travels to rainforests, beaches, farms, zoos and even outer space.
A typical yoga class will begin with a yoga game, followed by magical
meditations, a yoga journey employing hatha instruction, a yoga based story or
song, a quiet game, a guided rest and time for sharing.
Seeds to Sprouts
Yoga class incorporates physical, social and individual development, as well as
a healthy dose of play for the younger kids. There's no competition, no winner
or loser. It's all about having fun and growing healthfully.
