now a cooperative (co-op). Maple Valley the brand of the Organic Maple
Cooperative produce 100% certified organic and kosher maple products (Blue
Ribbon). Our maple producers are small to mid-sized family farms in the North
America. Our mission is to produce and market organic maple products with fair
and sustainable methods respecting farmers, customers, the land and our
communities.
Maple Valley is the recommended organic maple syrup in the Stanley
Burroughs book “The Master Cleanser”. The Master Cleanser Detox Diet, also known
as the Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet was created by Stanley Burroughs in 1941
and is still popular to this day.
