We have been selling our catch of wild albacore tuna, salmon and Dungeness crab
to families and health food stores around the country for 28 years. This is
fisherman direct to you from our fishing vessel the EZC. Our albacore are young
and very low in mercury, but high in Omega 3. Our hook caught albacore fishery
is MSC certified (beginning with the 2008 fishing season) as sustainable and
eco-friendly. Our catch is custom micro-canned in 6 and 7 3/4oz cans with or
without added salt. Nothing else is added. Raw packed and cooked once - just
