Wonderful views of the Dorset hills from warm, comfortable rooms. Garden,
orchards and new forest garden and woodland in which to wander. 100% organic
breakfast with local sausages, bacon and eggs or a wide and interesting
vegetarian breakfast menu. Freshly baked bread, real coffee, 20 teas and
infusions. Location is very tranquil and a great spot to explore beaches,
stately homes and gardens, walk and trek. The roads are very quiet and ideal
for cycling, smelling the wildflowers by the road side and listening to the
varied bird song. At night, admire the stars. There are no cities or airports
in Dorset so the night sky is remarkable. Yet reaching us is no problem by car
- or we pick you up from the railway.
Lots to do in the area for the more
adventurous, including sailing. Read "Skippering Kippa" to find out about
sailing around Britain, or come and do a course with Rupert. Or just relax and
munch Sarah's home made cakes on the terrace.
