At Open Space we are a family-run grass fed beef company. We started this company to
bring what we think is a great tasting, healthy product to the rest of the world. We think
responsible stewardship for the earth and the animals under our care is our
responsibility. We don’t use steroid implants, needlessly feed antibiotics to our cattle
or push our cattle production faster than nature intended.
