Practicing Shiatsu Shin Tai in Chatham, Summit, Morristown area. Shin Tai is an
advanced form of shiatsu. Shiatsu Shin Tai focuses on retrieving the Life Force
locked in stress patterns of the past trauma, injury or emotional shock. Shiatsu
Shin Tai is based on the principles of the Oriental Medical theory, ancient
Japanese and Chinese healing preactices and western physiology; it incorporates
shiatsu techniques of direct pressure on the tsubo points to restore flow of Ki,
hara treatment, fascial release, structural alignment to allow the dense
structures function in proper relation to each other. Self Healing practices
support the process of getting better and prolong the effect of the session. The
session lasts 1 hour.
Taoist Self Healing practice classes and meditation is
available for groups or individuals.
