We only sell Oklahoma made or produced foods, via a monthly order-delivery
system. On the 1st Thursday of each month, the producer members post what they
have available at our website. The members then have a week to order, the order
closes on the 2nd Thursday. On the third Thursday, the producers come to
Oklahoma City and the cooperative divides everything into the customer orders.
Customers can then pick up their products at a dozen locations statewide.
Each month we have about 900 different products for sale, including beef,
buffalo, lamb, pork, poultry, farm raised venison, vegetables, flour, cornmeal,
jams, jellies, soups, casseroles, body care products, cheese, yogurt, butter,
yogurt cheese, fabric arts and clothing, peanuts, pecans, and many other
seasonal products. All of our meats must come from free ranging herds and
flocks, no bovine growth hormone or antibiotics can be used in the feeds. We
have many certified organic products.
