Sunday, June 9, 9am - 5pm. We'll begin the day by going out into OAEC's immensely diverse
organic gardens and harvesting a brilliant array of vegetables, edible flowers, culinary
herbs and fruit. Then, we'll transform the garden's bounty into a delectable lunch and a
sumptuous dinner to be shared family-style with the rest of the class. We will focus on
salads, savory dishes with unusual vegetables and herbs from around the world and seasonal
fruit-based desserts. $150, light lunch and dinner included 30 day advance sliding scale
starts at $135
