This course is grounded in the belief that health is based on a foundational approach to
nutrition. Drawing from the early nutritional pioneers; Weston A. Price, DDS and Francis
Pottenger, Jr., MD, and based on a whole food approach to nutrition and is available to
professionals looking to enhance their practice with nutrition, or for anyone ready to
embark on a new career as a nutritional therapist. The program will offer a 9-month
hands-on training that includes the flexibility of self-paced study along with intensive
multiple-day, instructor-led workshops at three intervals during the fourteen-module
course.
