We love black pepper so much we invented a shell free substitute to share the
flavor with our kids and use more often.
Coming from a food & spice “family” we
set to work using the highest quality ingredients to achieve a product that has
all the goodness of black pepper without the shell.
Black pepper has been in
our diet since ancient times and is a great flavor we enjoy.
Black pepper is
derived from the peppercorn plant which is dried into a hard-shell covered nut.
The peppercorn is dried in open air and is in contact with dust and dirt as
well as other contaminants & are subject to fumigation upon entering the United
States.
The hard shell of the nut, which is cracked or ground for
consumption, does not digest.
