Once again Women, Healing Plants, and Sustainable Lifestyles will come together
in great celebration! Women camp together in Mendocino county among the native
oaks next to two refreshing creeks for 4 days of inspiring classes, gourmet
vegetarian meals, swimming hole dips, talented camp-fire capers, amazing
handcrafted marketplace items, a Rites of Passage Ceremony, juicy drumming, and
most of all, satisfying conversations with incredible women! Three separate
sessions will be held again this year. Session 1 (May 16-19) and 2 (May 23-26)
will offer over 60 beginning, intermediate and advanced herbal classes,
including: Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Cultivation, Flower
Essences, Herb Walks, Herbal Crafts, Herbal Energetics, Medicine Making,
Midwifery, Women’s Health, and much more. Session 3 (Aug 29-Sept 1, 2008) will
also offer Sustainable Living classes and Herbal classes, including: Natural
Building, Alternative Car Fuels, Permaculture, Solar Energy and more. Work
exchange available.
