North Hollow Farm

Bred, born and raised on our farm, our beef is summer-fed on grass and clover pastures, winter-fed and finished on our own grass silage and hay at our spacious lower farm where they can be in the barn or outside at will, all the while drinking crystal clear Vermont spring water. Also, avail: Barred rock cross meat birds. Their housing is spacious and their bedding is changed weekly to keep them disease-free. Also, avail: pigs are fed a ration free from growth stimulants or antibiotics to a slaughter weight of 200 to 220 pounds. Clear and pure Vermont spring water helps make North Hollow Farms pork tender, juicy and flavorful. We also have goat and lamb available. We have our own syrup here on the farm also.
