Grass is the name of the game. Our rolling hills are dotted with sheep and
cattle nourished only on nature's bounty of chemical-free grass. No growth
stimulants, no antibiotics, no grain - just fresh air and water, sunshine and
rain are in the mix to produce nourishing, healthful meat rich in Omega-3 fatty
acids. Our poultry is also raised on pasture, with the necessary supplementation
of organic grain. We sell our beef by the half or quarter, processed and
packaged to your order. We also sell whole-cow hamburger by the pound. Lamb and
broilers are sold by the whole. Order by phone, email or mail. Contact us for
