Nabolom bakery is a 30-year old worker-owned collective. We compost 90 percent
of our solid waste, recycle most of the rest, and are continually seeking new
ways to green our business. We offer a wide variety of baked goods including
breads, danish (some say they're the best in California!), vegan desserts,
sugar-free goodies and wheat-free treats.
