Native Rainforest. A secluded peaceful retreat, 1,000 feet above sea level, with
pure spring waters. Away from the city, we enjoy crystal clear night skies! Our
rainforest paradise, Mount Tutu Eco-Sanctuary, is an eco-lodge and a Nature
Retreat with unique accommodation units we call Whare. Guests receive an evening
Glow-Worm tour, enjoy Bush Walks, experience feeding the unique Mount Tutu
Sheep, wander our expansive woodland/water gardens and experience the magic of
being in a rainforest/bird sanctuary, wake to the sound of the native dawn
chorus every morning and enjoy a Full Breakfast. Mount Tutu Eco-Sanctuary is a
Protected (QEII National Trust) and Hidden Paradise with trees over 500 years
old.
Only 40 minutes from Rotorua, New Zealand's Thermal Wonderland of Geysers
and Bubbling Mud! Include Mount Tutu Eco-Sanctuary in your Winter Ski Holiday to
