A private family owned reserve that has become a model of sustainable production
with components of environment protection, organic production and social
sustainability. We have been recognized as the most Eco-friendly reserve in
Nicaragua for our practice and application of sustainability by meeting the
international standards for true Eco-tourism. Our focus is on protecting the
biodiversity of our 400 acres which provide perfect shelter for a large, diverse
plant and animal life. As members of Rainforest Alliance, we support and
practice responsible Eco-tourism, minimizing environmental impact, supporting
local initiatives, and encouraging the education of local community members,
schools, universities, and visitors in importance of sustainable and
regenerative living.
