Milk Thistle Farm is a certified organic dairy farm in New York's Hudson Valley.
We milk primarily Jersey cows and are a grass based rotational grazing farm. All
our milk is processed into glass bottled milk and yogurt. We direct market our
products in the Hudson Valley and NY city region.
