Mercer has experience freeze drying a range of products from fruits and
vegetables to specialty items. Finished products can be purchased from Mercer
Foods directly or by contracted to dry customer owned ingredients. Mercer has a
broad range of capabilities from the size reduction of raw materials through
dicing, to milling and screening of finished products to a specific mesh or
particle size. Finished ingredients can also be blended to the customer’s
specification. The staff is able to commit time to innovative new projects from
samples to production level trails, meeting or exceeding expectations.
