Local cattle raised in a herd in mountain pasture. No hormones, minimal stress,
no additives, not shipped. I can sell whole beef, half beef, or split halves. I
also have baby beef (calves) who are post-weaning age, still on the cow, for
sale by whole or half. Processing only occurs in the Fall. Older animals are
available for dog food. Meat is custom cut and wrapped to your order. You must
pick it up at the processors in San Marcos, CA. Selling only to consumers, not
businesses.
