BURGHEAD HEATHER ALE , 5.3% ABV.
This ale was brewed by the ancient tribes of
Brittania over 4,000 years ago, but made popular by the ancient Picts around 350
B.C. Originally made in the form of Mead (fermented honey), This ale was coveted
by all. Brewed without hops but organic Heather tips, organic honey and organic
malts, this award winning ale may be the most interesting ale you’ve ever had!
ROOTS PALE ALE, IBU 35 5.3% ABV. A nice example of an English style Pale. Light
amber in color, light body and a creamy head makes this our perfect session
beer. Four additions of Whole Amarillo hops give it a pleasant nose.
