Michigan. It raises grass-fed succulent beef and whey-fed pork. Cowslip
Creamery (www.cowslipcreamery.com) on the farm, makes raw milk aged cheeses.
The bakery, Little Rooster Bread Company (www.littlerooster.net), makes
crackers, breads, rolls, buns, and a variety of other goods. The farm houses a
seasonal Farm Store and numerous events and workshops. Lubbers honors the earth
