The Locanda del Gallo is a XIIth century country home dominating a magnificent
hill landscape in the peace and quiet of Umbria's unspoiled countryside. Glory
in the gorgeous sunsets of the Tiberina Valley...and enjoy healthy food rich in
genuine flavours: cold-pressed olive oil, aromatic herbs, vegetables from our
own patch; home-backed bread and cakes. Furnished comfortably in Oriental style,
a pleasant contrast with the ancient architecture, the faithfully restored
building has just ten double bedrooms each with own bathroom. Guest at the
Locanda del Gallo can go walks in the surroundings and just hang out round our
panoramic private pool or take a rest into the Maxi Jacuzzi heated Spa. The
