My approach to psychotherapy is less about treating symptoms and more about uncovering and
resolving issues that create troubling and repetitive problems. Often, those I see have
tried brief counseling and have been disappointed by results that did not last.
Individuals tell me they want real change, more meaningful relationships, and an improved
overall quality of life.
I am committed to working with you to fully understand the
unique circumstances of your life, developmental history, past struggles and current
challenges. Together we work toward lasting change that brings about greater meaning and
