organic beers. Founded in 1628 in the town of Neumarkt in the heart of Bavaria's
Jura hills, Lammsbr�u is the world's oldest certified organic brewery. All
Lammsbr�u beers are organic - no exceptions! Lammsbr�u uses the purest
ingredients: The brewing water is pristine mineral water, sourced from the
brewery's own deep well. Lammsbr�u's malt is made from organic grains, grown by
local organic family farms. The malt is produced in the brewery's own malthouse
- one of a very few brewery owned malthouses left in the world. We always use
whole-leaf organic hops - never hop pellets, powders or cheap extracts.
Whole-leaf hops are loaded with naturally preserving anti-oxidants - no need of
added preservatives in our beers! All Lammsbr�u ingredients are free of
