Lammsbräu, the pioneer in organic brewing, makes truely great tasting German
organic beers. Founded in 1628 in the town of Neumarkt in the heart of Bavaria's
Jura hills, Lammsbräu is the world's oldest certified organic brewery. All
Lammsbräu beers are organic - no exceptions! Lammsbräu uses the purest
ingredients: The brewing water is pristine mineral water, sourced from the
brewery's own deep well. Lammsbräu's malt is made from organic grains, grown by
local organic family farms. The malt is produced in the brewery's own malthouse
- one of a very few brewery owned malthouses left in the world. We always use
whole-leaf organic hops - never hop pellets, powders or cheap extracts.
Whole-leaf hops are loaded with naturally preserving anti-oxidants - no need of
added preservatives in our beers! All Lammsbräu ingredients are free of
