We're a small family owned and operated farm located between Appleton and Green Bay, WI,
specializing in certified organic pork and grass-fed, natural beef. Over the last 30
years, out of concern about the effects of conventional agriculture on the environment, we
have adopted more and more sustainable and organic techniques.
Now certified organic,
we make our meats available to those in the area (we cannot yet ship outside Wisconsin)
who are concerned about the origins and quality of their food. We pasture our animals as
much as the weather allows and strive to farm according to our principles of being good
