KATIA WELLNESS is a place to find personal healing and relief from stress and
anxiety. We take a natural and holistic approach to health, allowing our
clients to achieve a positive outlook and find true emotional balance.

use Bach Flower Remedies, a natural way to balance emotions, to help our clients
address their individual needs.
BFR were discovered in the 1930s by Dr.
Edward Bach, a physician and a homeopath. They are a simple but highly
effective system of 38 plant and flower essences that help create inner peace
and a greater sense of well being.
Other issues that can be addressed
