We are a small, diversified family operation located on Lopez Island, Wa. We
offer a full range of USDA inspected beef cuts from our beautifully finished,
all natural angus cross cattle. We focus on producing excellent quality, well
marbled and flavorful beef. We also offer Goat, Pork and other meats
seasonally. From Early August through the end of November we sell fresh
Sockeye, King, Coho, and Chum salmon caught on our 32 foot commercial fishing
vessel F/V revival. The remainder of the year we offer a range of smoked and
frozen salmon products. We are currently in the process of starting a small
clam/oyster farm in a unique brackish water lagoon on Lopez Island. These
shellfish are tender, succulent and wonderfully sweet. All our products are
produced, harvested, packaged and transported in the most environmentally and
quality concious ways possible. We are extremely proud to offer you the finest
food available anywhere!
