We run 7 day juice fasting/detox retreats in France, Spain and India. Our
tailored juice fasting programme helps you to cleanse and purify the body and
mind, eliminating toxins that have stored up in your cells from a lifetime of
bad habits. Our professional and experienced nutrition advisers support you
throughout the process. Take part in daily classes on a range of subjects such
as healthy eating, yoga and meditation. Or come on our Healthy Eating and Yoga
week, where you can practice yoga and learn about how to prepare delicious and
healthy vegetarian dishes. Yoga offers a range of practices from strong vinyasa
flow to more supported, restorative postures, meditation and pranayama
(breathing exercises) that will help you to improve strength, flexibility,
posture, and reduce stress and are suitable for all levels of experience. There
are daily cooking classes where you can prepare (and eat) a variety of delicious
and healthy foods, as well as classes on ways to improve your diet and
lifestyle.
