I am April Williams McMunn a Broker with Intracoastal Real Estate Corporation. I
have lived in New Hanover county most of my life, and have been a real estate
agent since 1996. I have a strong bond to economic development, and recycling
by redevelopment, having worked in the past with several municipalities
throughout North Carolina. This year I earned the EcoBroker Certified®
designation, the premiere green designation for real estate professionals and am
proficient to help clients market properties with green features, save money and
live comfortably, through energy efficiency and environmentally-sensitive
choices. I love this area and have an excellent understanding of what it is that
